Keerthy Krishnadas

Gurukkal Keerthy Krishnadas is a distinguished Kalariyoga and Kalaripayattu instructor, trainer, educator, performer, and global ambassador, carrying forward the 9th generation Vallabhatta Kalari tradition. As the granddaughter of Padmashri Shankara Narayana Menon and daughter of Krishnadas Gurukkal, she represents a rich lineage of traditional martial arts. With over 23 years of dedicated training and experience as a university and national champion, she combines traditional Kalaripayattu with yoga and holistic well-being. Her expertise extends to training police, armed forces, and law-enforcement personnel, while her international performances and workshops have taken the art to audiences across India, the UK, and the UAE. Through her leadership and vision, she is committed to preserving Kerala’s heritage, empowering women and youth, and inspiring the next generation through Kalaripayattu, tradition, learning, and community.
