1. All participants must register to perform by completing the online form before 8 PM on Saturday, 15 June 2024.
2. Participants can take part in a maximum of two performances. However, the second must be a group performance.
3. Participants will be issued with a certificate of participation.
4. Participants will be provided with one meal voucher.
5. Participants will not receive any payment for their participation, and their expenses will not be reimbursed.
6. Participants receive free entry to the full length of the show, but friends and family must buy tickets.
7. Performance should meet the accepted standards as determined by the main coordinator.
8. Performances not chosen will not have the right to appeal against the decision.
9. Participants must refrain from making political, religious, controversial, or commercial statements through their performances.
10. Participants are encouraged to publicise and sell tickets for the event through their contacts.
11. If you are creating promotional materials for the event or your participation, such as flyers or social media posts, they must be approved by the MAUK Marketing Team before being made public.
12. Participants should email the songs/karaoke a week before the event and bring it on a USB stick on the day as a backup.
13. Participants must report to the person in charge of the backstage 30 minutes before their allocated time slot.
14. All performances will be video recorded and photographed for publication on the MAUK website and social platforms. If you do not wish to be captured, you must indicate your choice on the registration form and remind the organisers on the day. Full group agreement is required for participation in group performances.
15. MAUK reserves the right to use photos and videos taken at the event for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please indicate so on the registration form.
16. MAUK reserves the right to refuse performances and performers for failing to comply with the terms and conditions.
